- The minimum age and height required to race is 13 years old and 5 foots.
- Wearing the hair net, helmet and uniform is mandatory.
- Raise one arm if you having difficulties or if the YELLOW light is on.
- Any individual under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

It is forbidden to:
- Touch any part of the motor.
- Pass another kart on the warm-up/practice laps.
- Zig zag on the race track.
- Make any sort of U-turn on the race track.
- Get out of the kart during the race.
- Stop volontarily on the race track.
| ANY CONTACT BETWEEN THE KARTS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Any person who disobeys these rules will be disqualified from the race and may even be expelled from the premesis without prior notification, reimboursement or compensation. The direction of Top Karting reserves the right to modofy any of the above regulations without notice and the clients are required to respect them.

The Flags
 |
Green Flag : Indicates the start of the race. |
 |
Yellow Flag : Indicates that the driver must slow down and not pass other karts (Usually due to minor difficulties). |

Red Flag : Indicates that the race has come to a halt. Every drivers must stop (Usually due to major difficulties or injury). |
 |
Blue Flag : Indicates that you must allow the driver behind you to pass as he or she is faster. |
 |
Black Flag : Indicates a warning (minor unsportsmanly behavior), a pit stop or a disqualification from the race (major unsportsmanly behavior). |
 |
Checkered Flag : Indicates the end of the race as well as the winner. |
